1. BDP and Hyatt Asia Pacific Agree to Build and Operate Hyatt Centric West Surabaya Hotel.

PT Bukit Darmo Property Tbk and Hyatt Asia Pacific signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Surabaya, Thursday (14/9/2023). In the MoU, the two agreed to build and operate Hyatt Centric West Surabaya (HCWS), a five-star hotel in the West Surabaya area. HCWS is a truly lifestyle and business hotel with 5 stars in Surabaya. The investment disbursed by BDP is around Rp 850 billion, which includes land, buildings and some renovations that are being carried out.

2. Lenmarc Rebrands as Fairway Nine Mall, Aiming at Youth and Community

Fairway Nine Mall with its new face successfully presents several new tenants so that you will experience shopping at the most complete supermarket in Surabaya and fun entertainment in the sportsainment area for the largest bowling and billiard in Surabaya. In addition, Fairway Nine Mall is the only mall that combines indoor and outdoor areas harmoniously with a golf course as a backdrop.

Along with the rebranding, it also made a major overhaul on the ground floor, lower floor, 2nd and 3rd floors both design, layout and others so that it will look more contemporary in accordance with the style of young people.
