Requirements :

  1. Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  2. Experience:

    • Proven experience as a Fit-Out Supervisor or similar role in interior fit-out projects.
    • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
  3. Technical Skills:

    • Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
  4. Communication Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Description :

  1. Project Planning:

    • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand design requirements and timelines.
    • Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
  2. Site Coordination:

    • Supervise and coordinate fit-out activities on-site to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.
  3. Contractor Management:

    • Select, hire, and manage contractors, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to execute the fit-out projects.
    • Maintain strong relationships with contractors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Quality Control:

    • Conduct quality checks on materials, workmanship, and installations to ensure they meet the defined standards.
    • Address and rectify any deviations from the approved design or quality requirements.
  5. Budget Management:

    • Monitor project expenses and ensure fit-out projects are executed within the allocated budget.
    • Provide cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project-related expenses.
  6. Communication:

    • Communicate effectively with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress.
    • Address any concerns or issues promptly and provide solutions.
