The month started strong with the Asian Open RC Championship One28 2025, an international RC car racing event that had everyone on the edge of their seats. With 35 racers from Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Italy, and Finland, the atmosphere was buzzing with adrenaline.
From July 17–20, our atrium transformed into a dynamic race arena as participants showcased not only their driving precision but also impressive car modification skills across four categories:

Atomic 2WD Modified
RTRC 4WD Modified
Radbody Pan Modified
The event proved that Fairway Nine Mall is more than a shopping destination—it’s a platform where enthusiasts and international communities can come together to share their passion.
2. Back to School Coloring Competition by Rose Talent

As the new school year approached, we hosted a fun and colorful Back to School Coloring Competition at our scenic Fairway Walk outdoor area. Children from different schools gathered to express their creativity, filling the space with laughter, excitement, and vibrant colors.
Parents and families enjoyed the fresh outdoor setting, while kids proudly showcased their artistic talents—turning this competition into a beautiful family bonding experience.
3. Superstar Got Talent by Rose Talent Organizer
Continuing our collaboration with Rose Talent Organizer, the stage lit up at Fairway Walk for Superstar Got Talent, a lively talent show where young performers sang, danced, and showcased their unique skills in front of an energetic crowd.
This event wasn’t just about entertainment—it was about giving a platform to emerging talents in our community to shine, build confidence, and inspire others.
4. Fordive Creative Corner
Closing out the month, Fordive Creative Corner offered an interactive and artistic experience for visitors. Hosted by our perfume tenant Fordive, this event invited participants to explore their creativity through hands-on activities, blending artistry with lifestyle.
It was a perfect example of how Fairway Nine Mall works hand in hand with our tenants to create experiences that go beyond shopping.
