Requirements:

Job Description:

  1. Event Planning and Execution:

    • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including but not limited to product launches, seasonal promotions, holiday-themed events, and community outreach programs.
    • Work closely with tenants and external partners to align event goals and objectives.
  2. Promotion Management:

    • Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase foot traffic and boost sales.
    • Collaborate with tenants to create and execute joint promotions that benefit both individual stores and the overall mall.
  3. Vendor and Sponsorship Management:

    • Identify and secure partnerships with vendors and sponsors to support events and promotions.
    • Negotiate terms and agreements with external partners to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.
  4. Budget Oversight:

    • Develop and manage budgets for events and promotions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
    • Track expenses and provide regular financial reports to management.
  5. Marketing and Communication:

    • Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, advertisements, and social media campaigns to create awareness and generate interest in events.
    • Maintain open communication with tenants to ensure their active participation in promotional activities.
  6. Logistics and Operations:

    • Coordinate logistics for events, including setup, teardown, and on-site coordination.
    • Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for events and promotions.
